As part of its continuous recruiting strategy, I identified the need for personal, localized events to create the opportunity for UMortgage team members to network with potential recruits. Hosted in Palm Beach, Florida, the team and I hosted over 100+ Loan Originators and their referral partners for a value-first event hosted by industry leader Barry Habib. This event allowed local Loan Originators to gain powerful insight on market trends, predictions, and more while seeing first-hand how the UMortgage platform offers 24/7 access to top performers in the industry.
