AI-Powered Marketing Tools

Great marketing doesn't just run on strategy, but on smart systems, too. Below are a few of the tools I've built to give my team an edge, from automating our ad platform to keeping us aligned in real time.

Omnium

At Asset Based Lending, I manage a digital advertising team with an annual budget of $1.5M+. Advertising at this scale takes tact, skill, and attention to detail — so I built something to make it sharper.

Using Claude Code, I developed Omnium — named for our omni-channel strategy — a platform that pulls signal from Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, GA4, and our CRM to flag wasted spend, surface new keyword opportunities, and auto-generate new ad groups. It also tracks quality backward from the source: which channels, campaigns, and search terms are producing disqualified leads, so we can fix the problem at the root instead of after the fact.

In its first month, Omnium helped reduce disqualified leads by ~40%, and it's still compounding.

Marketing Command Center

Managing a team means more than tracking what's due and knowing where each person is growing, where the market is moving, and where those two things should meet.

Using Claude Code, I built a Command Center that integrates directly with Asana to manage the team's tasks, but the leadership layer is what makes it different. Each team member gets a custom dashboard built off their actual job description, with a workspace tailored to the metrics that matter most to their role. An Industry Pulse section pulls in real-time marketing and housing news alongside growth areas I've identified or team members have flagged for themselves, then connects those trends to the projects they're already working on, or surfaces new opportunities to build the skills they're actively developing.

The result is a team that is organized and growing with intention, staying ahead of industry shifts instead of reacting to them.
